Harsh truth: Every leg day you skip, moves you closer to the grave.
Are you the person who needs to be told what to do? Or are you the person others watch because you do things the right way? Ownership is doing things the right way without being asked. Set the tone. Don't wait for someone else to. Champions are self-policed.
