DO NOT overpay @OctopusEnergy. I was over £550 in credit when I left them but they "didn't receive" a final gas reading so are withholding all of it, to cover 14 days gas! Apparently I can have my money in 4-6 weeks! So much for excellent customer service 😡

28 years ago today I held my dead daughter in my arms. Hospital acquired infection and 44 errors in her care meant she only lived for 16 days. Apparently, the team led by @williamotm, gave care "acceptable for any high dependency unit" according to the inquest (more died)
Currently overpaying @ShellEnergyHome by circa £100pcm. Projected price rise of £55pcm. EBSS of £66pcm but they want to increase my DD by £51pcm! £55 price rise = £45 overpayment pcm + £66 EBSS = £111 overpayment so why a £45 increase in DD? @MartinSLewis any idea?
