I had a terrible customer service experience today from someone who works at a front desk. As someone who works at a public library front desk, I can say it was really not necessary. I give better service to the lady who calls every day for a phone number and then hangs up on me.
It's been a really tough day. It would have been Sissy's 14th birthday. I miss my baby girl so much. 😭
