Why are private quarantine not allowed? Would it not more safe (In some cases) than hotel Qrntine. Just wondering - tested BEFORE leaving for OZ- test NEG - after arrival in OZ - test NEG. Tested 11 days after arrival - POSITIVE- Q- ? proof? Hotel Q NOT always safest.
