Our longest yeah boy ever: Nearly 400 of us have pledged to STOP WORK when our bargaining committee calls for a 24 hour walk out. RT to tell @CondeNast you stand with workers: stop breaking the law, stop union busting, and stop the layoffs. Keep your eyes here for more soon.
CONGRATULATIONS! We have been following your negotiations and hope to join you soon on the side of having a contract!
🎉Exciting News!🎉 GEU members have voted by a majority to ratify our 1st union contract! Negotiations began in Sep 2022, our amazing bargaining team & GEU members were persistent with @Guttmacher management at the table to secure crucial wins! #1U #UnionStrong #ReproUnions
ONE YEAR AGO TODAY I cried a lot of happy tears when the @NLRB called me and informed me they found merit in the charges that @Defenders fired me illegally/retaliated against me for organizing a union, which they STILL deny, much like trump denies he lost..podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/eri…
📢 BIG NEWS! The National Labor Relations Board found merit in ALL of our allegations of unlawful behavior surrounding @ginachirillo’s termination & is pursuing a 10(j) injunction to get her back to work faster. Simply put, the NLRB agreed with us that she was fired unlawfully ✊

We stand in solidarity with @IFESUnion. We've been exactly where you are, and the NLRB came out in our favor. It is never ok for a CEO to act this way.
Unfortunately, we had to file another unfair labor practice charge against @IFES1987 because @TonyBanbury “interfered with, constrained, [and/or] coerced” an employee by referring her for discipline for exercising her right to concerted activity. (1/)
