Such a statement coming from Russia (the need for mutual trust) is so unusual that it either means the Russian Armed Forces are severely weakened or that Moscow is not being genuine.
Russia’s deputy defense minister says Moscow has decided to “fundamentally cut back military activity in the direction of Kyiv and Chernigiv” in order to “increase mutual trust for future negotiations to agree and sign a peace deal with Ukraine.”
So Armenia can send four Su-30s to Russia for use in the illegal invasion of Ukraine, but we are too scared and weak to allow Poland to send MiG-29s to Ukraine so it can defend itself.

Russian war machine is overrated, from stand off strikes that failed to knockout handful of airbases to Russian airforce sitting out due to mysterious reasons. Armoured assault is not my thing but getting two Buk-M knocked out by TB-2 near Belarus border & fuel train near Crimea.
