While the DC National Guard has stopped putting out daily statistics on the metrics below, they say these are the most recent figures: 1,158 bags of trash collected; 1,045 cubic yards of mulch spread; 50 truck loads of plant waste; 7.9 miles of roadway cleared; 400+ trees pruned.
On Tuesday Oct 7, the Joint Task Force that oversees National Guard troops in DC did not provide details on how many bags of trash were picked up nor how many cubic yards of mulch were spread. None of the regular metrics were provided by the Joint Task Force today.
