Love this tweet. Reminds me of this one terrible technical interview I had back in Decemer 2018 that asked me to code front and back end in Sublime text without Google lol.
Once you hire a developer, they are never required to write complex code from memory. They have their own set of resources or they can search for a solution. So why in interviews are you asking developers to do this exact thing? Memorization of code is not a measure of success.
I need this as a reminder. I always compare myself to those crazy programmers I've met.
