80% of parenting is trying not to laugh when you’re supposed to be mad
Nothing is better than starting your day out covering another teacher’s classroom, and when you get to yours administration is there to do an evaluation and you have not had time to get your room prepared because you were in another room. Ugh!

I am sad that teaching has become 80% behavior management & only 20% content. Instead of, “Let’s relook at that concept to help you”…. It is, “Can you please get your head up? Where’s your paper? Need a pencil?”
