Key diff in my mind is that in E2E testing we can identify a point on MRI, register to CT and than use IGRT to find point with 3D error < 1 mm. However, could we do that with an RO contoured volume in a patient dataset … prob not. Does it seem to matter? …Also prob not

I think linac based SRS is not far from reaching the efficiency that we see with GK. Planning much faster these days through HyperArc or similar, physics QA becoming more efficient, synthetic CT creation from MRI….
