#OnThisWeek In Jewish History: February 4, 1616. Samuel Pallache, Jewish-Morrocan pirate, merchant and diplomat, passed away. His descendants would go on to leave a valiant legacy of rabbis, scholars and ambassadors who left their mark on Jewish history to this day.
