Once a stock drops more than 20%. You can't recoup your loss in a single day anymore. Best at that point to sell. Watch the stock After the major market levels off and your stock has fallen even lower and Then starts to look good for another short term trade you can enter again
Good Question. It depends on timing and SMA directions and momentum, market conditions. That said it's a ratio of price oversold from the 50 sma on a 10 day chart where I make the decision to buy the oversold drop. Takes experience to judge the situation.
When in your “system” you say “oversold” (sp500) how do you determine that oversold value/moment in th chart @TraderBJones
