South Korea & Taiwan (not in the graph) are the only big developed economies projected to be substantially bigger in 2021 than they were before the pandemic. And their death tolls are small. Thank competent & transparent governance. Don't mention Confucianism or authoritarianism.

Not possible to contain virus at this point. No vaccine developed yet. Then, widespread and faster diagnosis system is more than ever important to save lives. I wish we also had “drive-through” testing stations and get results within several hours in Europe.
