Elder, nobody knew Trump would be elected President. Stormy Daniels now becomes a pawn in a possible campaign finance indictment (Articles of Impeachment), for Trump having failed to report the payment to Daniels akin to the John Edwards indictment for the same conduct.
If you will recall, Edwards made payment to a woman he had an affair with (while his wife was incapacitated) to silence her and failed to report the payment under campaign finance laws. Trump's allegations match Edwards'.
