Coaches from cadres 1, 4 & 10 collaborated and engaged in a variety of discourse, vocabulary, and math content activities for Tier 1 instruction. Can’t wait for small group activities this afternoon!

Common planning w/ our amazing 4th grade team at @Ridgewood_OCPS! Teachers dug into 5.2 data to adjust instruction and plan for targeted remediation. A consensus placemat 📝🤝 to consolidate decisions and highlight trends—great collaboration and data-driven planning in action!

Our fifth graders are diving into decimals by creating their own number lines. 📝➡️ They’re learning how to compare, order, and visualize decimals in a hands-on way. Such a great strategy for building strong number sense! FifthGradeMath #HandsOnLearning #DecimalsMadeEasy

The Elementary Math Team really enjoyed the last 3 days at the PLC at Work Conference from @SolutionTree. Lots of learning and collaborating with 1,200 OCPS leaders!
