While the current squall line crossing the Cape doesn’t appear to be producing any direct damage, we are monitoring the 146.955 Dennis repeater for any potential Skywarn reports
Today, Cape Cod and Islands District #ARES conducted our winter exercise #73 with comms across the Cape and Islands as well as the mainland on NVIS HF voice, digital and VHF voice and data from outdoor, self-powered field sites #emcomm
Despite not being in the primary zone, we’ve had some damage reports popping up on the Cape: Harwich PD closing Queen Anne Road by 137 by Corner store for tree down and primary wires down #mawx
Formal Skywarn Net operations on the 146.955 Dennis repeater have concluded for this storm. Monitoring will continue for a few more hours as some additional bands move offshore. Thanks to all! Stay safe, stay warm
