So, classes aren't balanced, most are still without AC, and a number of teachers have more students than available desks. I think the best course of action at this time is to do some walkthroughs and evaluate teachers on the layout of their bulletin boards.

I can't imagine too many things more enjoyable for a teacher during a post-observation conference than hearing one of my many, "When I was in the classroom," tales of pedagogical success.
Teacher provides: •appropriate assignments •well written rubrics •accepts late work •offers retakes •quick feedback •leaves parents several messages Kid: 😜 Parent: Why is my kid failing? Admin: Lets have a parent meeting. Also, provide the kid with all the missing work.
It's crazy how many ppl say 'I left teaching and my lifestyle/health was completely transformed'. Teaching should be fun, it should be nice, it should just be enjoyable! We have created a pressure cooker machine culture for far too many.
