I regret the inconvenience and frustration for the 3rd time in less than a year! and am working to resolve the issue of making any more purchases from the USM!

The USM needs a better way of handling these high interest releases saying they are trying isn't good enough. This is the 3rd time in the last year, 2nd time in a week they've had these issues. Time to upgrade the system or change the management!

This release was a fiasco as was the 75th Anniversary ASE This morning I was text notified of more of the ASE being available. I was already on the site and despite the 3 seconds it took to click on the item they (some 700 according to USM sales numbers) were unavailable.
