I also liked that it reduced my cognitive workload by saving me from the number of clicks I had to do! Did you go for any safety netting buttons?
We’ve found that “muscle memory” is definitely a thing with using KeyQwik - tapping the correct key soon becomes a rapid, automatic process.
It felt very intuitive to use, just like the number section of my keyboard. I started learning pretty quickly what each of my buttons did. I do wish I had selected a couple of my buttons better (e.g. appointments vs. diary)
We’ve listened to feedback: You can now buy a KeyQwik which already has all the keys selected for you! Will you go for purely clinical system based or mix/match with Teams, Zoom or Windows? Connoisseurs can still select all 24 keys if you still wish 👌
