Est. 6 hr rainfall since 6 AM shows ~1.5" over SC PA. With 1-2+ inches of rain to come, headwtr points of the Juniata Basin and flashy points into the Lower Susq may see minor flooding late tonight and Saturday. Never drive into areas where water covers the road!

This guy wanted to learn everything fly fishing this morning. We did our best to cover all the bases and by the end of the trip he was on his own. It was a tough day as the water turned cloudy on us but Thomas managed his first fish on the fly rod all by himself. Great morning.
