Today the public has rallied behind us as we have powerfully demonstrated the devastating impact of #PancreaticCancer in the UK. It is unacceptable that 797 people die of this cruel disease every month. We need to do more. Early detection is vital to improve survival rates.
We welcome the Government's announcement of a Health Data Research Service, giving researchers easier access to health data and speeding up clinical trials. We hope it improves data collection and sharing to help spot patterns and breakthroughs for people with pancreatic cancer.
