Raise the floor. Don't just focus on the ceiling. When it comes to performance, our average days matter more than our best. It's easy to show up when everything is clicking But what impacts our success more is being pretty good day after day Make your okay days better.
Your kid's going to be okay. Support them the best you can. Don't get caught up chasing status or playing the comparison game. Let them follow their interests, keep stoking the inner fire of motivation, and they'll figure it out.
