Finishing placement @Bham_Childrens: - met the kindest drs & nurses - Saw the dedication & skill of sub-specialties caring for kids, mostly with complex cases - appreciated the pressure staff were under to deliver care in high demand

Nephrologists will be like “long story short,” and then give you an entire lecture on renal physiology

‘Are you revising for PSA yet?’ Yeah, I’m bookmarking ‘top tips’ videos in tiktok that I know I’ll never review

How can a Tory use the words ‘unethical’ & ‘unforgivable’ with any authority? It will be an entirely different tone in the general election campaign this yr

As a former NHS doctor, it makes me sad and angry to see doctors involved in action which I believe to be unethical and unforgivable, given the harm being done to patients and the NHS itself

From the man who thinks you can grow concrete 🤣💀

Who needs these parasites? Good riddance. The NHS should fire them.

Merry Christmas to all those working in the NHS today Many staff in the NHS are grossly underpaid (even on Christmas day👇) but none more so than Junior Doctors who frequently graduate with >£100k debt RT to support them & ask government to pay them ALL fairly #PayRestoration

“If I’d have gone to med school, I wouldn’t have been able to practice geriatric medicine straight away” If I was on an aircraft, I’d be pretty worried if the person flying it was not only NOT a pilot, but openly keen to miss pilot school because they’re so keen to fly planes.

PAs are the gift that keeps on giving It sounds like Theresa wants to be… a doctor? But it’s the last clip that is MOST representative of PAs…

NHS actually has a ‘hate doctors’ culture

Can you explain why a PA (two year course) gets £60/hour as does an SpR yes 1-3 who has done 5-6 years med school, foundation years 1&2, CT 1,2,3 (so about 12 years training)? It’s an insult. No wonder you are desperate for staff!
