Recently I've been re learning that used-to-be simple tasks, like walking, hiking or playing sports are not as simple as before. But they are do-able. Having the mindset today where things are do-able, is way better than a few months ago when I thought I couldn't at all, right?

Stop comparing yourself to others. Just stop. If you have to, compare yourself to your old self.

I don't want to just be 'okay' I want to be great. but if being okay is what I need to be right now in order to be great, then I guess that's just what I've got to be.
Ok. Had the courage to be vulnerable with a person today. Might have been oversharing, but instead of appologizing for my feelings-- which was instinct... I instead thanked him for allowing me to share, and for sitting in the awkwardness with me.
Being vulnerable is both terrifying and liberating. Being vulnerable means having meaningful human experiences. Being vulnerable is scary. Maybe one day I hope I'll have the courage to be more vulnerable.
Captain Marvel is my new favorite super hero. She's so badass and I would like to be like her when I grow up. Thank u
