Win or lose on the field, the mission is always the true victory. I remember Chadwell getting made fun of for wearing this shirt in a blowout. They missed the entire message. It wasn’t that Liberty would win because we have Jesus. Liberty gives glory to God even in defeat.

This is why I love this university. Win or lose, we are Liberty. Most of our student athletes will not become professional athletes, but the life lessons and faith they embrace here carries an impact far beyond sports.

Missouri State has been a great addition to the Conference USA. In year one they have been super competitive in all sports for the most part.
They needed this. That’s a big W vs a very solid Missouri St team. I loved to see the ladies show fight, things haven’t gone their way in the conference season but you wouldn’t be able to tell.
So many people hating on Jelly Roll for “shoving Jesus down our throats.” Just remember the Bible said in the last days people will love pleasure rather than God. Chappell Roan shows up literally naked & is praised. This is it, ya’ll. They don’t even try to hide it anymore.
Our Men’s Tennis team beats Penn. Good comeback.
Some major Jordan Jaffe love. This portal class has to be one of the best in program history. Also Ryan Drumm, Grabowski, Campos, Hvidsten, several pitchers. Zayac should excite people after his postseason dominance.

Liberty women lose again & they’re now 3-8 their last 11 games. It’s a hard watch. I’ve been on the fence about giving the HC another year but you would hope to have seen some growth. Unfortunately the opposite is happening. They aren’t even really competitive in any of these.

What a win for Liberty. MTSU was 8-1 at home this year and the Flames came in and controlled the whole game. Even when Middle made a run in the second and cut it to single digits, Liberty had an answer. That’s the mark of a great team.
