Some good news. My master students Addy Grinnell's paper is available to read. Check it out, she discovered a new antibiotic tolerance mechanism that is based on cell density: nature.com/articles/s4200…

Today I start as an Assistant Professor as the @brattonlab opens in @VUMCPathology. My group will be at the intersection of computational biology, biophysics, and microbiology as we understand, manipulate, and leverage 3D organization in bacteria. Lab website coming soon!
