Today is World DNA day: an event that honours two significant milestones — the 1953 discovery of DNA structure and the completion of the Human Genome Project in April 2003. Without these pivotal events modern genomic understanding would not be where it is today. #worlddnaday
Team Nonacus are ready for Day 1 at the Festival of Genomics. If you're attending, be sure to stop by our Booth (36) to learn more about our targeted NGS solutions for liquid biopsy and our *new* Custom MRD panels for Minimal Residual Disease detection. #fog2022

The Cell3™ Target Bladder Cancer panel is a targeted NGS panel that covers the majority of somatic mutations found in bladder cancer. The latest results found that it was able to detect 144 out of the 165 people with bladder cancer that had haematuria, with sensitivity of 87.3%
In our latest blog post we discuss the importance of differentiation between the common winter viruses Covid-19, Flu and RSV, and their respective but often overlapping symptoms. bit.ly/3LZ62O6
Next week Nonacus will be in attendance at The Crick Institute Cancer Research Symposium. This year's event, between 3-4 October, will consider multiple angles of cancer research and provide a forum for lively discussion. To arrange an appointment email [email protected].

Congrats to Agata @LadySciencee from @beggs_lab for passing her thesis with minor corrections! Thanks also to Dion Morton, Tim Maughan from @UniofOxford and Deena Gendoo for chairing! Agata started the work in our lab on radiosensitivity and organoids:
Sequence up to 30% more variants than other exome captures without increasing your sequencing costs. Introducing our new clinically enhanced human exome capture panel, Cell3™ Target: Nexome, designed to confidently call CNVs, SNVs and Indels with high recall and precision.
We’ve just published a new paper in @FrontOncology arising from work from my previous @CRUKresearch funded ACSF award? Headline finding: dual PI3K/AKT inhibitors significantly radiosensitise both irradiated and tx naive PDO models of rectal cancer (1/n) frontiersin.org/articles/10.33…
Want to discuss all things cancer genomics? Nonacus is exhibiting at EACR Oxford between the 5-7 July. Stop by stand 9 to learn more about or targeted NGS panels and solutions for liqiud biopsy. #eacrcancergenomics
