Laravel 10 will use native PHP type declarations across any generated code that exists in application code.
Laravel has a new "Lottery" utility which may be used to execute code on a given percentage of invocations. Can be combined with other Laravel features to do some useful stuff. 🎰 Thanks @timacdonald87!

Laravel used all of the type-hints that were available to us on its initial release in 2011. This update will bring the skeleton up to speed with the latest type-hinting features available in PHP. 🔥

Laravel tip. You can validate dates by rules before/after and passing various strings as a parameter, like: `tomorrow`, `now`, `yesterday`, or using other fields.
Laravel 10.x (release in Feb 2023) will add type-hints and return types to all application skeleton methods. ✅ Property types are not being added due to that being a breaking change.
