Just did my 2nd moonlight run of the week so I'm still clinging on to the fitness bit....
#mysltday we tell ourselves to try and leave work at work. We can be very good at being matter of fact at work. It's easier not to get emotionally involved but end of life care is upsetting. Sometimes your day catches up with you and you shed a little tear. #palliativecare #MND
