Anyone else super aware of how much of a pyramid scheme we work in. Like the more you get payed the less bullshit/work you have to deal with.
After emailing everyone our voice mail has been full over night every night. It’s almost like someone said this would happen.
Well we switched over to the email plan and put the AHA’s to work. All 900 went out Tuesday, it’s like ripping off a bandaid, right? It’ll be fine, right? RIGHT?!
When a Lead decides to use their close personal relationship with the Store Manager to “flex their muscles” feedback (read: aggressive verbal reprimanding) gets personal and all is truly lost.
I now live week to week just looking forward to my next day off. It’s the only way to survive.

It was someone’s “bright” idea to schedule someone to make all 600 of the phone calls we have waiting. After listening to the admins plead no, we are staggering them on purpose, they did it anyway. 30 drop offs before 10:30 the following day showed up. This weekend will be hell.

Months ago I booked some time off. One whole week to myself. As fate would have it, it’s right in the middle of this battery bullshit and I couldn’t be more thrilled.
Guys, we finally hit 1000 SNRs. But it’s fine we don’t need help... the two of us can continue to do runners, allocate hundreds of parts, make hundreds of phone calls, and all of the other stuff. No biggie.
