PZSpec: Does the iPad Pro 10.5 work with a mouse? My cx wants to plug one in, or bluetooth? Mngr: Excuse me? Uhh...iPads do not accept a mouse input. That Specialist has been here almost a year, still asking bs like that. Still can't do an iUP activation by themselves. WTF 😫

Trying to figure out how to explain how *redacted* years of being a PT Spec translates to job elsewhere. Oh, and not wind up as some exec assist making the same pay. Gotta liberate myself, or force them into letting me do something else here. I'm old as dirt, y'all.

I wonder if the fact that I submitted my self-review extremely late (yesterday) will have affected what was written about me. Why send it on time, when you can't do anything at the store anyway? Probably will get EM for Teamwork and Results. 🤷‍♂️


So, I was going to try to apply for something again (after being denied the ability to apply before the last deadline). New positions were opened after that deadline, but we literally have only PT positions open here and everywhere. I think they're handing me walking papers. 🙃


Sometimes, when customers have difficulty understanding what I'm talking about at the most basic level, they yell and make comments about how awful I am, and unintelligent I am. A few have actually asked if "someone smarter, and more capable" could help them. 😔

I think I'll be happier if I just accept that I'm never getting a promotion to (insert specific role here) at this store. No matter how much I want it/deserve it, there are too many things blocking me. Time to save money to get out of hell!
