I have suffered from restless legs all my life, now 37, its gone to a new level, restless feeling goes right through me and on occasion has been really fierce.

I avoid caffeine after 11am, so theres no chance of it affecting my nights sleep.
Hi Peeps my RLS has stepped up a level recently I cant control it with 2 paracetamol & 2 ibuprofen nightly so any advice much appreciated. x
