Holy shit, I am never making bacon in a cast-iron pan again. Oven-bacon for the win!! Perfectly crispy & no sugar residue messing up my cast-iron seasoning 😄
Hard agree that "starting over" is often the best thing to do. Chucking a #blockout in the bin so I could take that experience into a 2nd attempt - while removing the irrelevant guff - has been a big part of my #leveldesign process. youtu.be/BMVHI7ZSsqk

Why It's Good to Start Over
