My parents both came from Missouri, but both moved to CA and met there. Neither were religious but all my Dad’s life his parents were devout Jehovah’s witnesses. He was the black sheep, and when he was naughty, they would tie him to the clothesline for the entire day.
Hope things like this keeps my parents happy. "The Truth" as Jehovah's Witnesses call it will continue to look less and less like the religion they were raised in as all the life saving things they needed to obey their entire lives are rolled back.
