Big news in little RiNo: Larimer Street will reopen to vehicle traffic on Monday denverpost.com/2025/02/01/lar… via @maxamillianlevy
After 5 years of pedestrian priority, what gives? Come out and show that people are more powerful than cars!
On a beautiful Sunday in February, where else would you rather be than with people in a place for people! Come out to the Rally to Save Car-Free Larimer and help us show the power of people over vehicles! DenverUrbanism will be there interviewing folks—make your voice heard!

Screaming, crying, throwing up! Larimer Street from 29th to 30th is going to re-open to vehicle traffic on MONDAY. Complete failure of #Denver to allow vibrant pandemic-era urban spaces to survive. Bureaucracy = inaction Inaction = status quo Status quo = failure!
The 2900 block of Larimer will reopen to cars on Monday. This is a great loss to an urban open space in Denver.
🚨 Tomorrow is the last day to fill out the City of Denver's survey and tell them you want Larimer Street to be an open street! 🚨 See this thread below for the link, comment guide, and where to comment on the survey ⤵️
⚠️ ACTION ALERT ⚠️ The City of Denver currently has a survey about the expanded Downtown Development Authority, which will include parts of Larimer St! There is a spot on the survey to leave a comment. Say you want Larimer Street to be an open street! surveymonkey.com/r/denverdda?em…
This used to be the 2700 block of Larimer! This is what they took from us!
Opening Larimer in RiNo was such a mistake. I'll never get over this.
