Fabulous buildings - the terrace on Edge Lane are part of the building too. I'm trying to find an image of the mural in the foyer. Please can anyone help?

Essoldo cinema, Stretford, 1960s. Originally the Longford, opened 1936. Now disused for more than two decades. I used to go to the kids' screenings there.

Interior of the Manchester Royal Exchange, 1877, by H. L. Saunders (d.1899) and Frederick Sargent (1837-99), @mcrartgallery. At its peak, up to 11,000 cotton merchants traded every Tuesday and Friday. While Liverpool traded raw cotton, Manchester traded goods for global export.
