This virus is teaching us that from now on, living wages, guaranteed health care for all, unemployment & labor rights are not far left issues, but issues of right vs wrong & life vs death.
It appears that Bernie got his unemployment provision into the Senate Bill: 100% of salary for laid-off workers up to 75K/year, and benefits to include tipped and gig workers who are not usually covered.
No one should go bankrupt due to medical bills. No one should avoid a doctor because they can't afford it. No one should watch a loved one die because they were uninsured. We must end this injustice and pass Medicare for All.
