Machine Phase Systems
@MachinePhaseSys
A few trillion atoms here, a few trillions atoms there & pretty soon you’ve changed the world. Changing the world, atom by atom. @AtomFAB & @mpsAtomCAD
Every technological revolution has been defined by new control over matter — fire, bronze, silicon. The next one begins here. Molecular Engineering is Automating Abundance. Engineering the invisible. Manufacturing the impossible.
NEW!! Get the ratchet files. If you want to experiment with a more flexible pawl, DM me and I'll walk you through the process github.com/mooreth/Diamon…
Agree with Erik here, but we seem to have different interpretations of what ‘control atoms’ mean. @MachinePhaseSys we are actually controlling atoms enabling atoms by atom placement. That’s the sweet spot to bootstrapping molecular nanotechnology.
The race to zero in software is real. Hard tech survives by being irreplaceable. Control atoms, control the game. Build and own it - name your price. Capital markets are finally starting to understand.

The war for technical superiority will be fought at atomic scale measured in nanometers, within angst over angstroms and precision placement of atoms being the force multiplier.
BREAKING: China made 5nm chips without EUV. Let that sink in. No ASML. No Nikon. Just brute-force DUV, clever engineering, and sheer industrial will. Moore’s Law didn’t die. It moved to Shanghai.

Perfectly aligned and purely semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotube arrays, grown on atomically flat substrate - a dream come true for scientists and engineers!
When futurists like Drexler or Kurzweil wrote about reversible computing, they mentioned it casually, as if it were just another innovation that would surely be accomplished in due course in a routine manner on the way to mind uploading and the technological singularity. 🧵1/n..

This is a what a molecular acetylene sorter looks like at the atomic scale. Thanks to @mooreth42 for pulling this together. AtomCAD will be available for free this year @mpsAtomCAD, later our @AtomFAB foundry services fabricate your designs.
Acetylene sorter movie. Thanks to @MachinePhaseSys for the coffee budget, @somewhereville @kanzure for old files, and @whitebataudio for their amazing music.
@MachinePhaseSys is building @AtomFAB the world’s first atomic foundry. But beyond the products we are working towards abundant energy, compute, materials, health and resources. Eric Drexler in Radical Abundance(2013) included this chart. Now if your @BasedBeffJezos you may…
Nanotech weaves hope in atoms' dance, A future bright in microscopic trance. From tiny cogs, grand dreams arise, Nanotech paints hope across the skies
We build atomic scale solutions to planetary scale problems. Radical abundance for energy, compute, data, health and materials starts small, but size matters and the smallest solutions can have the biggest impact. @mpsAtomCAD for atomistic designs & @AtomFAB atomic foundry.

Instead of focusing on the terminal uniqueness traits that have you dependent on someone else for your momentum —- look at every peace of good advice as a challenge to find a way to do your version of it. Make it relevant by being creative and trying new things (we had a…
Good advice is abundant, great entrepreneurs seek out the best advice and mentors from both within and outside their domain and find ways to make it relevant to their unique issues. When I raised the seed round for @Blockstream we decided to make it a $21m seed round because it…
When demonstrating what we are working on to investors building an atomic foundry prototype is hard so we use a toy robotic arm, a scientific chemical model show atoms covalently bonded and a Zoolander picture saying “It must me a billion times smaller”
