Fun fact: John Dunsworth, who played Jim Lahey's in Trailer Park Boys, ran in the 1988 Nova Scotia general election for the NDP! There was even a documentary made about his campaign, which I downloaded a short clip of. He actually managed to out-perform the party's average!
