I propose that we ban anyone who puts a "BREAKING" tag on an old video. We could improve this site by at least like 10 percent overnight just with this policy.

It’s a conservative principle that passing laws and spending money should require more than a majority. If you make it easier to pass laws and spend money, you’ll get more of both. This is why the Senate should not nuke the filibuster. It will come back to bite us.

When the government opens back up, we should leave the Department of Education shuttered and return those tax dollars to the states. Since it was formed in 1980, no aspect of education has improved. My bill, HR 899, would implement President Trump’s stated goal of abolishing it.
