@TheRAC_UK have left my parents (73 & 83) stranded, 1.5 hrs away from home. Called at 10pm & received email saying they’ve be there 10:15pm-10:45pm, then at 11pm got another message saying 11:20pm-11:44pm & now at 1am are being told 3am-5am. Seriously?? @TheRAC_UK sort it out
