Changes are a bit late. But it’s good that two of the deadwood have removed. Ugarte and Martinez don’t help fast advance play.
I wonder what Neville and Scholes would say now after this disaster of an FA Cup 3rd Round. They hounded Amorim out of the club blaming formation rather than the players. Now their Brother Fletcher is there with their 4 at the back. #mufc has mostly bad players.
Is there anything that Ugarte is good at that keeps him permanently in the #MUFC team?
I blame Martinez and Shaw for the lack of attacking intensity. They kept the ball to the two of them at the back and completely kill quick attack.
Against the bottom team , #MUFC are playing underdog. No intensity , no urgency and lucky to score. So more intensity or we may not win this match. The worse case scenario is still possible. It will be a tragedy to lose!
I don’t like the combination of Shaw and Dalot on the left for #MUFC . Two of the old guard that have embarrassed us in the last several years. Both are capable of switching off at critical parts of game.
I still support Amorim, but I he should reconsider his selection. Luke Shaw has proven again that he should be let go. He was greatly responsible for the goals; he unnecessarily slows down build and unreliable.The other deadwood is Ugarte. Both don’t deserve starting for #MUFC
#MUFC deserved at least a point today. Lost to a soft goal, but that’s how matches are lost and won. I am very hopeful that this season is going to be positively different from the last several years.
With team selection you always want to believe that the Manager knows better, but not to start Ahmad and Sesko for #MUFC is a bit of a stretch. The first half is crucial for this match.

Rio Ferdinard blaming Patrick Dorgu and not Luke Shaw is grossly unfair and biased. Dorgu was never a team mate of Rio, was he? Was Shaw sleeping or else why did he need a shout or shove. This kind of attitude will not help the rebuild of #MUFC for next season. Shaw is tired now!
Amorim is selling off the #MUFC game by retaining Hojlund for getting on to 70 wasteful minutes.
Not much time to waste, Zirkzee should in very early in the second half to replace Hojlund.
How does Amorim expect to win if he plays 10 men against Spurs. Hojlund cannot be counted;and I fear he may cause a penalty with his wrestling and grabbing for deadball kicks against . #MUFC
