Apparently, it took a global pandemic to get me back to making math videos (even if it's just for my students right now). I really need to work on that.
A little something for my students to look forward to during my class. I call it, "Billy and Carl's Adventures in Geometry."
Billy goes back to his roots to encourage the AMP'd Junior Varsity students (and by roots, we mean a chalkboard, not Auburn).
Me: *haven't made a new video in over a year* Student, at the end of lunch: "you're the YouTube guy!" Ahh, fame...

Draft design for a classroom door sign. Starring a semicircle, corresponding angles, and a cube root function. And, of course, Billy.
Just found out that @geogebra does indeed have a way to indicate congruent segments/angles. Now I can't think of any good reason NOT to use it to make my geometry diagrams. 👌 #mathed #edtech

So, things may be moving a little bit fast, but digital Billy already has a disciple. Meet Curious Carl. He asks the questions (like the ones a viewer or student might have), and Billy dishes out the nuggets of mathematical knowledge. Teamwork makes the dream work. #MathChat
