p = 1010 would be better, most air pressure is between 990 and 1030, this came up just last year with 1200 given as an incorrect value for the median on a box plot and students had to suggest a better value. 1000 is on the low side but acceptable.

As someone who has only taught leading into Edexcel exams, I love to use the AQA MCQs to mix things up, spark discussions and see topics posed in different ways. I finally got around to compiling AQA A-Level Pure Qs yesterday and played our own version of the million pound drop.

We now properly support more complex inequalities on DFM! We previously couldn't correctly represent answer input to exam questions like this Edexcel GCSE one. Now students can add a mix of single and double-ended inequalities to specify their solution.
