Your user driven Autopilot should not be taking over 15minutes. Trim the fat - the majority of people do not need Microsoft Project/Visio the minute they reach the desktop. I cut 40 minutes out of AP time by removing these 2 every time.

Theres no browse for files in Copilot Agents - You just have to type / and guess what the file name is and hope the preview pane shows your file .🤣
Today was my first Microsoft support case I’ve had actually make it to a SDE. Not sure what I expected but at least we’re working through a solution.
