NEW: Their agenda is so unpopular, they’re rigging the midterms in plain sight. Trump and Republicans want to steal 5 House seats – not by earning votes, by redrawing maps. I wrote about this + why Democrats must use their power ruthlessly, just like Beto O’Rourke said on CNN.

We learned yesterday that .8% of ballots were rejected in Nov in Maricopa Co. because the voter's signature didn't look like those on file. Up from .3% in '24, & in other counties it's often around .1% Our investigation last year found newer, younger voters are more affected...

NEW: AZ rejects thousands of mail ballots for mismatched signatures. But flaws in the process could disproportionately affect young, new and unaffiliated voters. Our latest, a collaboration w/@Votebeat's @JenAFifield & @ArizCIR's @hannahebassett azcir.org/news/2024/10/1…

So let me get this straight: The same Trump DOJ that labeled this woman a “domestic terrorist,” shot her five times, and smeared her across national security briefings… is now quietly trying to wipe the whole thing clean? This is what happens when a government stops operating…

The Trump DOJ is moving to DISMISS ALL CHARGES against Marimar Martinez, who federal agents shot five times and DHS had described as a "domestic terrorist" who "ambushed" them in Brighton Park, Illinois.

The President said multiple times this morning that Democratic politicians should be put to death. Republican politicians have one chance here to show that everything they said after the horrific assassination of Charlie Kirk wasn't complete bullshit.

WOW. Federal prosecutors just dismissed charges against the Chicago woman shot by a Border Patrol agent five times. They accused her initially of pulling a gun on them (which video apparently showed was false) then said she rammed the agents’s car. Now they’re dropping charges.
