one thing that stuck with me the most when i visited toyko last year was transit wayfinding. signage was easy to understand and consistent everywhere, even across operators. wayfinding is neglected here, so i decided to create some examples of tokyo-style wayfinding for toronto!

【発表】JR東日本「Suica」のペンギン、来年度末で「卒業」へ news.livedoor.com/article/detail… 今後は、新しいキャラクターにバトンタッチするとしている。Suicaは2001年にサービスが始まり、ペンギンは当初からキャラクターに起用された。「広告の顔」となってきたほか、カードの券面にも登場している。
