Well this is definitely going to put a damper on my training. I have an allusion fracture of the fifth metatarsal so I will be in a boot for the next six weeks 😢
Today the roads were icy AF so I put on my spikes and stayed on the trails. Nice run up to Grouse and back. #seenonmyrun

With everything that happened in 2021, I managed to keep running consistently and stay injury free. Less mileage and elevation than previous years but still not too bad for an old fart. I hope we can all get back to some kind of normal next year. Stay safe.
