Last night my teenage hero Gary Numan played Hammersmith. I so so wanted to go but all the access tickets sold out super fast. It looks like I missed an amazing gig. All for the lack of enough tickets for disabled gig goers. Again.

I gave @SingaporeAir the email from the wheel producer telling them they need replacing, refused the offer (£540) as it's a quarter of the actual cost. Told them I would absolutely take a legal route to recoup the costs. They are now just steadfastly not replying to emails 👍
They offered me £75 for thousands of pounds worth of wheelchair damage. I pushed back. They offered to cover the cost of repair of replacement. They then email a few hours later seemingly retracting the offer and offering me £540. WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS?!
I cannot submit the damaged baggage form because you need replacement receipts before you can. I AM GOING IN CIRCLES. I cannot just replace a £7000 wheelchair.
I have my wheelchair. It's more broken again but I have it. Everyone keeps giving me a different story about where it was and how it was found. @AerLingus have given me three separate stories. I now have to submit my third or fourth report.
LOL flying home and @SingaporeAir tried to get me to sign a limited released form for the wheelchair they'd already smashed up my wheelchair, fought against compensating me and then tried to get me to sign a limited released tag for fly home. New low lads.
.@SingaporeAir broke my multi thousand pounds wheelchair so badly that it's been unusable and they've offered me £75 lads. I want one trip where I am not spending time fighting to have basic rights as a disabled passenger, man. Just one.
Neither @SingaporeAir nor @AerLingus know where my wheelchair is. I need it to work, to live, to parent. Lads it's actually gone. I'm leaving the airport without my wheelchair. I am so broken. So so very broken.

I don't think any disabled person should have to use up all their savings, or rely on their partner's income, to survive. Not should it be a disadvantage to live with or get married to someone you love.
