Now i am in the US, with no phone: no access to Uber or gmaps, partially sighted - without access to apps that assist me, & unable to pay the bill because i don't have a secondary phone to call them. & all because of the #AwfulCustomerService of @O2 staff both online & instore.
To Summarise: ❗️Told on the 18th by @O2 #ManchesterMarketStreet bill is fully paid & next is due on 25th. ❗️Phone disconnected on 20th for unpaid bill, whilst alone in a US airport. ❗️Told by online #O2Gurus they cant help & i need to call, when i don't have a access to phone.

Absolutely disgusted by @O2. Went into Manchester store to check bill & told it was fully paid, only to have my phone disconnected 2 days later whilst im in the US! Their Online gurus have said there is nothing they can do. I need to call them, when i dont have access to a phone!
